1st Quarter Family News - 2012

 Sammy and Jon are expecting their first baby in October just after Sammy completes her masters program at ASU! 

Kirby was honorably (super honorably) discharged from the army and has moved his family back to Washington where they belong! And if that wasn't reason enough to scream Hallelujah - Gina is expecting their third child in October. That's right folks. Two new "Johnson" babies in October.

Here are their first two boys, Oliver and Dashel. The cutie pies.

And just when you thought things couldn't be better.......

 Evan and Elisa will bless us with their fourth munchkin in November. The joy of babies is abundant! 

Here are their first three in descending order - Harvey, Lucy and Max.

But that's not all folks.

 Katie and Matt will be married in August.

                                 That means Katie and Jenn will be living apart for the first time since forever.
                                                                 That's a big deal.

          So that's three babies and a wedding to celebrate  It'll be a busy fall filled with matrimony and brand new baby breaths. Is there anything better? I don't think so. But

                                              there is one more bit of first quarter news.

It doesn't quite fit into the big life event theme but it's big news in my life nonetheless.

Like I really like the girls but like they can be totally annoying.

I like my daughter and her friends even though most of the girls would fall into the SHUT UP/ Every other word category. When I have them trapped in my car, I challenge these middle schoolers to stop using the word which appears to confuse them and results in a much quieter ride. I believe that they're using this time to think about improving their over all communication skills and eliminating the annoying and unneccessary use of  "like".
